Three tips to your
weight loss progress
When you are on 17
day diet ,this three tips can help you achieve your goals.
1. Never be afraid to
ask us for help.
if you feel you can’t do it or confused seek for help from
our support group search for your working place and online weight loss forums and get motivated you can only progress on your
weight loss program if you are motivated . Trying to seek for help sometimes is
difficult, but if you find a good friend motivating us which is one of the key
point we need to achieve our goals, so
be open minded to those friends and family who you trust, and this one of the
steps to achieve success. Having someone or trusted friends and families who
monitors your progress can make a huge difference when we are following the 17
day diet. Informing your family and trusted friends can be wise decision and
help… assuming you go out with your
friends and families and you into temptation to order for desert, if your
friends are aware that you are on a diet, the could talk and advice you that
its not the best advice to take.

2.PLANNING
If you don’t set a plan you will
confused, which way to start, and which way to stop. To achieve your goals on
weight loss you must plan in everything! I know you want to achieve your goals right? Think and write them down ‘’high expectation are the keys to
everything’’ after writing them set them and achieve them, I know you can do it, success is getting what you
want…happiness is liking what you get. You will be overwhelmed how success you
will feel, plan everything e.g plan your meal, grocery list, and pan your
exercise. When you follow all these steps, you actually on your right path to
success and achieving your goals.
- Food preparation: learn to prepare food ahead of time because its important to anyone who has a busy life. Single a day out and do all the preparation, store them inside the fridge. When you get back from work exhausted all you need to do is just throw what you need inside a pot and follow the recipe. Food prepared ahead of time helps you save time and prevents you from falling off diet steps. Learn to prepare food ahead of time and you will always have a healthy food waiting for you to be prepared for breakfast, lunch, dinner. NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PLAN YOU PLAN TO FAIL.
- The
value of Exercise:
It is
critically important to exercise in reaching your goal weight. No matter what
your age, weight, physical limitations or current level of activity, virtually
everyone can exercise in some way. We don’t feel like taking a walk sometimes,
but you must set a time to exercise which is very important if actually want to lose weight.
3. Make
the scale your enemy:
Measuring
your progress or success is not advice able. It is understood that loosing
weight can be difficult mentally, physically, emotionally. Visiting scale all
the time only gets you nervous and discouraged; looking at the scale daily can
cause you to become obsessed with it. The most
important advice able way is be focused on the path or ways you might find change it in your body
such as how feel in your body and outside of your body., the clothes look in my
body unlike before and always visit the mirror. Also get measurement tape, use
it to measure your waist, belly, hip, thighs. I promise if your are
working with this day diet you will gradually lose weight, you will
the numbers drop. Note; avoid focusing on the scale it sometimes causes
