When you are on 17 day diet ,this three tips can help you achieve your goals.

1. Never be afraid to ask us for help.



if you feel you can’t do it or confused seek for help from our support group search for your working place and online  weight loss forums and  get motivated you can only progress on your weight loss program if you are motivated . Trying to seek for help sometimes is difficult, but if you find a good friend motivating us which is one of the key point we need to achieve  our goals, so be open minded to those friends and family who you trust, and this one of the steps to achieve success. Having someone or trusted friends and families who monitors your progress can make a huge difference when we are following the 17 day diet. Informing your family and trusted friends can be wise decision and help… assuming  you go out with your friends and families and you into temptation to order for desert, if your friends are aware that you are on a diet, the could talk and advice you that its not the best   advice to take.
