Weight gain business is equally a multimillion dollar business. Millions of people spend fortunes on drugs (appetite stimulants and supplements), body building machines, special diets etc. However, for a successful business and sustainable weight gain program. It is necessary to identify the causes(s)list of causes here” thinness.
If your underweight or thinness is a result of illness, phychological disorder like anorexia, chronic loss of appetite, malnutrition or malabsorption, then you need to see a physician for advice and treatment. Food: No, food, no weight. Food is the single, most important factor for weight gain. You need more food or calories- a balanced diet in the ratio 75% carbohydrates, 15% fat and 10% protein. You must also ensure adequate vitamins and minerals in your diet. Your meal must be bigger now as you need at least 500 extra calories daily to be able to move where you are now in terms of weight to where you want to be. Eat at least four times a day. You need to do all the things that an obese individual must not do, but gaining more muscles than fat. Remember that 1 kg of muscles is heavier and better than 1kg of fat.

Exercise: You need exercise, plenty good exercise to gain weight, you need compound, body-building exercise like press ups, bench passes, lat pull downs, squats, legs presses, cardiovascular weight losing like running, jogging, dancing, skiing etc. You need to go the gym or get a professional advice and equipment on body-building get it here””exercise.

Water: you need water; plenty water to be able to gain weight. Water does not contain calories but it is needed by the metabolic process for weight gain. You need to drink about half a gallon of water daily.

Drugs: The only that may be recommended for weight gain are the appetite stimulants and multivitamins. Get them here. No these  group of drugs has calories to add to your system. The appetite stimulant will only stimulate your appetite to eat more, while the multivitamins will provide the enzymes and improve your metabolism.

Drugs like corticosteroid (Dexacortin) that causes facial oedema as a side effect are not meant for and should not be used for weight gain. There are several drugs like anabolic, lipitor, inderal and beta-blockers that can cause artificial weight gain as side effect when administered. There have serious health implication and are not medically recommended for weight gain. Stay away as much possible from drugs in your attempt to gain weight.

Appetite: Some people do not eat much because they lack appetite for the kind of food that is available, and they do not have money or opportunity to get the kind of food they have appetite for. In truth, you May not need appetite stimulants if you have money to afford a wide variety of foods. You can hardly grow thin or remain thin with good healthy, money and foods available.

Weight gain, just  like weight loss, requires concerted efforts, dedication and practice. It is all about desire and willpower. The progress may seem slow, but the result is sure with life extension solution.

one can easily prepare all the foods using gluten-free ingredients. You can easily find multi-grain breads and other gluten-free baking ingredients at the local grocer’s.
